Pre-workout smoothie:

Peach-Orange Soy

Benefits: This smoothie gives you the energy you need for your workout without making you feel too full. Lactose in milk is best avoided prior to exercise, so this is made using soy milk instead. Drink this smoothie an hour before your workout.
