  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 cups water


  1. In a large pan bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Cover, reduce heat and steam for 25 minutes.
