  • 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ


  1. In a blender, place the papaya, banana, ice and yogurt, and blend until smooth. Add the wheat germ. Pour into glasses and serve.
