Watermelon-Lemonade Spritzers

Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • 3 pounds seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 12 ounces pink lemonade concentrate
  • Chilled seltzer or club soda

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree watermelon in batches until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and stir in lemonade concentrate. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, fill glasses with ½ cup of the watermelon mixture, and top with seltzer and ice cubes.
