  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1 large banana, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. In a food blender, combine mango and sugar, and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide ricotta among 3 parfait glasses. Top with banana slices and spoon mango sauce over top.
