  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. In a food blender, add pumpkin, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice, and continue to blend until thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
