Vegetable and Onion Dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons light canola oil mayonnaise
- Coat a saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion and saute over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix onion with sour cream, onion powder, pepper and mayonnaise.
