  • cup raisins
  • 4 ounces lean ham, diced
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1/3 cup sliced celery
  • cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts


  1. In a large bowl, combine raisins, ham, apples, celery, yogurt and walnuts. Toss well and serve immediately.
