  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 6 5-ounces salmon fillets
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Brush fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place seasoned fillets on a non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Broil the fillets, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, turning over once.
  4. Transfer fillets to plates and serve.
