  • 24 (2-inch) unbaked tart shells
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cups skim milk


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Dissolve sugar in milk. Strain eggs through a sieve, and whisk into the sugar mixture.
  3. Divide mixture into tartlet shells and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
