Egg Custard Tarts
- 24 (2-inch) unbaked tart shells
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1¼ cups skim milk
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Dissolve sugar in milk. Strain eggs through a sieve, and whisk into the sugar mixture.
- Divide mixture into tartlet shells and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
