  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a medium bowl, toss together mango, apple, walnuts, cranberries, balsamic vinegar, and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
