Symptoms of TSS

- Sudden high fever
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea
- Sunburn-like rash
- Fainting
- Dizziness / Lightheadedness
- Muscle aches
- Red eyes
- Confusion

If you suspect TSS, remove your tampon immediately to prevent your symtpoms from worsening. These symptoms require prompt medical attention. The infection can cause shock, kidney and liver failure.
