3. Chair

Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides.
Inhale and raise your arms overhead, palms facing each other.
Exhale and bend your knees to sit back about 45 degrees, with your torso leaning slightly forward over your thighs. Keeping your gaze forward, hold and breathe.
Inhale, straighten your knees and return to start.


4. Willow

Stand with your feet together, arms at your sides.
Lift your left foot and place the sole pressed on the inside of your right calf, knee bent to the side. Bring hands in front of chest, palms together. Hold and breathe.
Inhale and raise arms overhead, your fingers pointing toward the ceiling.
Bend your torso to the left, inhale and return to start. Repeat on the opposite side.
